Blum Instagram Contest

Entry Period

The Blum Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, September 30, 2019.

 

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental 50 United States residents 21 years and older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person.

Employees, representatives, or paid influencers of Blum, Inc. and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

If it is found that a person who does not meet eligibility requirements set forth in these rules, that entry will be deemed ineligible. Blum reserves the right to verify eligibility. Void outside the United States and wherever else prohibited by law.

 

How to Enter

To enter, you must have an Instagram account, and your account settings must be set to public. During the Giveaway Period, upload a photo of your original work using Blum hardware, tag Blum in the post, along with sharing why you choose Blum and including the hashtag (#) ichooseBlum.

Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent are null and void.

 

Prizes and Odds

Three prizes are available to be won. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Making a purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning are dependent on total number of eligible entries received. Blum reserves the right in its sole discretion to award a substitute prize of equal value if prize described in these official rules is unavailable for any reason. If the actual value of the prizes turns out to be less than states, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Blum makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Blum will not be responsible and will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are as follows:

First place prize will receive a Traeger Junior Elite 20 Pellet Grill valued at $429.99. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The winner will need to notify Blum US where they are wanting the Traeger Junior Elite 20 Pellet Grill shipped to after they are chosen as a winner. The winner will receive the Traeger Junior Elite 20 Pellet Grill via ground or LTL shipping and the winner is not responsible for the shipping cost of the prize Blum is not held liable or responsible for any misuse of the grill or if the grill catches fire. Along with the Traeger Junior Elite 20 Pellet Grill, the first-place prize winner will also be posted on Blum’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Second place prize will receive a Yeti Tundra 45 valued at $299.99. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The winner will need to notify Blum US where they are wanting the Yeti Tundra 45 shipped to after they are chosen as a winner. The winner will receive the Yeti Tundra 45 via ground or LTL shipping and the winner is not responsible for the shipping cost of the prize. The second-place prize winner will also receive a post on the Blum US Facebook and Instagram page.

Third place prize will receive a gift certificate to Omaha Steaks valued at $150. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The winner will need to notify Blum US where they are wanting the Omaha Steaks gift certificate shipped after they are chosen as a winner. The winner will receive the Omaha Steaks gift certificate via USPS and the winner is not responsible for the shipping cost of the prize. The third place winner will also receive a post on the Blum US Facebook and Instagram page.

 

Winner Notification

Eligible prize winners will be notified by @blum_inc through direct message to the Instagram account used to enter on October 1, 2019. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within 15 business days, they forfeit their prize and opportunity. A new round of winners will be chosen. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize is the responsibility of prize winner. The winner will be required to complete an online Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and a Publicity Release form as a condition of prize acceptance. Winner assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Giveaway or redemption of prize.

 

Random Drawings

Three (3) prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period in a random drawing to be held the morning of October 1, 2019 at the office of Blum, Inc.

 

Publicity

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s entry, name, prize won, hometown, photographs and statements for advertising, promotion in any and all media now or hereafter without limitation, additional compensation, notification or permission.

 

Privacy

Personal information collected from winners will be kept private.

This contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram and Instagram is not associated with this contest. Instagram is released of all liability by each entrant. Any questions, comments or complains should be directed to Blum, Inc and not to Instagram.
