EASYSTICK is an automatic stop system that makes it easy to set up Blum's boring and insertion machines. It optimizes the entire assembly process, giving you fast and simple machine set-up and perfect results.
EASYSTICK determines the drilling positions digitally, stops move automatically to the right position and LEDs indicate the right drilling position. This simplifies the work process: position panel, drill holes, done!

Easy front assembly
Choose a box system, determine the drawer side height, select the motion technology and enter the front overlay. That's it. EASYSTICK calculates the front drilling positions for you. The same applies to Blum hinges, lift systems and dowels. You can see how to fit the drilling head on the screen.
Easy cabinet assembly
Enter the cabinet dimensions and front heights, and select the application and hardware solutions. The system calculates all the drilling positions needed for cabinet assembly. Then you just work through the steps – error-free and with short set-up times.
Easy updates
EASYSTICK has an update feature which makes it quick and easy to update product data and hardware solutions. Use a USB memory stick to transfer up-to-date hardware data to EASYSTICK.
