Entry Period

The Blum Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, November 6, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

 

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental 50 United States 21 years and older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person.

Employees, representatives, or paid influencers of Blum, Inc. and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

If it is found that a person who does not meet eligibility requirements set forth in these rules, that entry will be deemed ineligible. Blum reserves the right to verify eligibility. Void outside the United States and wherever else prohibited by law.

 

How to Enter

To enter, you must have an Instagram account, and your account settings must be set to public. During the Giveaway Period, share your project to your Instagram story and tag @blum_usa and #builtwithblum. Blum hardware must be visible.

Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent are null and void.

 

Prizes and Odds

Two prize packages are available to be won. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Making a purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning are dependent on total number of eligible entries received. Blum reserves the right in its sole discretion to award a substitute prize of equal value if prize described in these official rules is unavailable for any reason. If the actual value of the prizes turns out to be less than states, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Blum makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Blum will not be responsible and will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are as follows:

 

Each winner will receive a Blum tote bag containing a cup, hat, tape measure, and Pozi driver. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The winners will need to notify Blum US where they want the Blum swag bag shipped to after they are chosen as a winner. The winners will receive the Blum swag bag via ground or LTL shipping, and the winners are not responsible for the shipping cost of the prizes. Along with the Blum swag bag, the prize winner may also be posted on Blum’s Instagram page and/or story.

 

Winner Notification

Eligible prize winners will be notified by @blum_usa through direct message to the Instagram account used to enter on November 10, 2023 and November 17, 2023. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within 15 business days, they forfeit their prize and opportunity. A new round of winners will be chosen. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize is the responsibility of prize winner. The winner may be required to complete an online Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and a Publicity Release form as a condition of prize acceptance. Winner assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Giveaway or redemption of prize.

 

Random Drawings

Two (2) prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period in a random drawing. One drawing will be held the morning of November 10, 2023 and the other drawing will be held the morning of November 17, 2023 at the office of Blum, Inc.

 

Publicity

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s entry, name, prize won, hometown, photographs and statements for advertising, promotion in any and all media now or hereafter without limitation, additional compensation, notification or permission.

 

Privacy

Personal information collected from winners will be kept private.

This contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram and Instagram is not associated with this contest. Instagram is released of all liability by each entrant. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to Blum, Inc and not to Instagram.
