Terms and Conditions

1. Participant Eligibility:

Participation in the giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 and above. Excluded from participation in this giveaway are all Blum employees and their relatives. Participation through a giveaway service or similar automated collective entry services is not permitted.

2. Exclusion of Participants:

The organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from participation at any time without giving reasons—especially, but not limited to, if there is suspicion that they gain advantages through manipulation, violate these terms of participation, or behave unfairly or improperly. The organizer reserves the right to remove unfair and improper content from its Instagram page without providing reasons.

3. Prizes:

The prizes described in the giveaway (on the Instagram page) during the duration of the giveaway (Point 4) will be awarded: 3 Wera bottle openers in Blum design.

4. Duration of the Giveaway:

The giveaway takes place from April 20, 2025 to April 24, 2025. Participation is possible until 12:00 CEST, and all comments (with the correct answers) received by this time will be considered for the giveaway draw.

5. How to Participate:

Participation in this giveaway is through the respective application on the organizer's Instagram page at www.instagram.com/blum_group. To win, participants must count colorful eggs in a video, write the correct number in the comments, and follow the blum_group account. An Instagram account is required for participation via Instagram, but the giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Instagram.

Each participant is permitted a single entry during the giveaway period. Thus, each participant can appear at most once and can be considered in the draw only once. Further entries will not be counted.

The organizer is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or late entries, nor for network, computer, hardware, or software errors of any kind that may affect or delay the sending or receipt of an entry.

The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and participants to determine if the participation conditions have been met.

6. Winner Selection:

From all correctly answered entries on Instagram, the winner will be determined by a draw and announced the following day on the organizer's Instagram page under the comments of the competition post and in an Instagram story.

7. Contacting the Winners:

Participants agree that the determined winners will be announced on the organizer's Instagram page. The winners must then contact the organizer by email (elena.huber@blum.com) by May 8, 2025 at the latest to submit their contact details (e.g., mailing address). If a participant contacts after this deadline, there is no entitlement to the prize.

8. Prize Delivery:

The prize will be delivered by mail. Upon posting, the risk is transferred to the winner. The organizer is not responsible for delivery damage, loss, or destruction of the prize. If the provided contact details are incorrect (e.g., incorrect postal addresses or email addresses), the organizer is not obliged to find the correct addresses. Any resulting disadvantages are borne by the participant.

9. Data Protection Notes for the Giveaway:

(Consent to the use of personal data): The personal data provided by participants will only be used for the conduct of the giveaway and to contact the winners and will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising or other purposes without the participant's separate consent. The data will be deleted 2 months after the end of the giveaway. The recipient of the data submitted by participants is not Instagram, but the organizer.

By submitting personal data to the organizer, the participant confirms having read and understood the content of this consent declaration and expressly agrees to the processing of the personal data mentioned under Point 9 for the specified purposes. Withdrawal of consent is possible at any time via email to privacy@blum.com or through a declaration to Julius Blum GmbH, Industriestraße 1, 6973 Höchst, Austria. Withdrawal during the ongoing giveaway or before contact by the organizer would result in the inability to participate in the giveaway from the time of withdrawal.

10. Final Provisions:

The organizer is entitled to terminate or end the giveaway for a significant reason. Participants will be informed promptly through an announcement on the organizer's Instagram page. This option is used particularly in the event of technical complications or if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed for other reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded. These participation terms and the conduct of this giveaway are subject to Austrian law, excluding international private law. Any legal disputes are to be settled by the competent court at the organizer's seat. Cash payment of a prize is not possible, nor are the prizes or claims transferable or exchangeable.
