We have developed a box system specifically for living spaces and come up with something special. PLICOBOX impresses with an innovative folding base, space-efficient packaging and easy assembly. True to its tagline "Fold. Push. Done.", PLICOBOX is quickly assembled without tools – and without compromising on stability.
What makes PLICOBOX so special?
PLICOBOX is light, compact and easy to handle. The box system is unique thanks to a combination of three components.
Innovative folding base
PLICOBOX has an innovative folding base which makes assembly quick and simple. The 5 mm folding base is available in two versions. The first has one fold and the second (the compact folding base) has two. Both versions are connected to the drawer sides without tools.
Easy assembly
Just fold up the back and the drawer base (including back) is ready for assembly. Then push it into the drawer sides and secure with the locking levers. Done!
Packaging
Another advantage of PLICOBOX is its efficient flat-pack packaging, which is highly space saving thanks to the folding base. Not only does this facilitate easy transportation, it also helps to optimise warehouse management and internal logistics.
The flat-pack packaging also reduces complexity and makes handling easier for end users.

PLICOBOX has been designed and built for modern living spaces. The objective was to create a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing box system for living rooms, bedrooms and dressing rooms that is not only functional but also easy to assemble and suitable for a variety of applications.
Tailor-made for OEM customers
PLICOBOX offers numerous advantages in comparison to conventional systems for living and bedroom furniture, particularly for OEM customers.
The box system can be individually configured and ordered via the web shop. Its folding base can be customised to the desired cabinet width, providing maximum flexibility when designing and planning furniture. Production is less complex (wooden parts need not be machined), which is another great advantage for manufacturers. And last but not least, PLICOBOX helps to optimise picking, logistics, storage and transportation.
The flat-pack PLICOBOX kit contains all the components needed for the box system. OEM customers can therefore offer end users a perfectly tailored set for each pull-out, which not only reduces complexity, but also makes handling easier. The box system has very few parts, making assembly child's play, even for end customers.
