TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Subscribe to our eNewsletter for a Chance to Win is governed exclusively by the following Terms & Conditions as of the 10th of September 2021:
1. Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are Canadian residents. Draw not open to employees of Blum Canada Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
2. There is one (1x) ORGA-LINE Kitchen organizer (valued at $242.15 CAD) to be won.
3. One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. You may only subscribe with one e-mail per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted on an entry form available online at www.blum.com/newsletter and be received by 16:00 (EST) on the 31st of December 2021.
4. No purchase necessary – simply complete the form online at www.blum.com/newsletter to enter.
5. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or damaged.
6. One winner will be drawn at random by the Marketing Department from Blum Canada Limited, on or before the 7th of January 2022, to receive one (1x) ORGA-LINE Kitchen organizer (valued at $242.15 CAD). The image of the prize shown is for illustrative purposes only. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Promoter does not assume any liability or guarantee with regard to prize or contest.
7. The winner will receive notice by e-mail within seven business days of the draw.
8. The winner agrees to take part in any publicity required in connection with this prize draw including press photographs on www.blum.com/newsletter and Blum Canada’s company websites, or any social media channels including Google Business. Therefore, winner irrevocably assigns all rights pertaining to any possible utilization and publication of the produced photographs exclusively to the promoter. Winner hereby irrevocably grants the promoter all rights to use, to exploit and to change any produced images for an unlimited period of time and without compensation. Winner waives all rights to her/his own pictures as well as to be mentioned by name. All pictures of the winner shall be deleted six (6) months after the end of the contest.
9. The promoter is Blum Canada Limited, 6775 Maritz Drive, Mississauga, L5W 0H5. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All of entrants’ personal data shall be deleted according to the conditions put forward in the consent form to the eNewsletter.
10. If a prize is unclaimed after 30 days (starting with promoter’s e-mail to winner), the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit or select another winner at random without any liability to the winner for having done so.
11. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the contest prize without prior notice and without giving reasons at any time.
