Integrated features facilitate installation and adjustment
The fixing position of AVENTOS HK top is the same regardless of application and cabinet height. Once the lift mechanism has been precisely adjusted to the weight of the front, the stay lift will open, close and hold with reliable ease.
Two types of assembly
Choose between two types of symmetrical lift mechanisms – and consequently between two types of assembly. Either pre-drill holes into cabinet side and use pre-mounted system screws to fix lift mechanisms, or simply screw on lift mechanisms with integrated positioning system.
Lift mechanism with positioning system
Simply position this type of lift mechanism so it touches the top panel and is flush with the cabinet face, then screw on. No pre-drilling needed.
Assembly with pre-mounted system screws
This type of lift mechanism is fixed to the cabinet side with two system screws and two pegs. Requires four holes in a horizontal line in system 32 .
Easy assembly and adjustment
No protruding parts
Lever arms are closed so there are no protruding parts. This greatly facilitates in-house transportation.
Integrated safety mechanism
The integrated safety mechanism stops the lever arm from opening unintentionally.
CLIP mechanism
The tried and tested CLIP mechanism is tool-free, quick and easy.
Infinitely variable power setting
Lift mechanisms can be set from the front without having to remove cover caps. Consequently, fronts will stay in any position desired.
3-dimensional adjustment
Adjustment is achieved using TORX screws - quick, easy and low in wear.
Integrated opening angle stop
An opening angle stop with infinitely variable setting has been integrated into the fitting.
