Easy manufacturing and assembly

Pull-outs and drawers that are to be equipped with TIP-ON BLUMOTION for LEGRABOX are made as normal. No additional work is required. Blum’s practical templates make manufacturing and assembly easy.

Manufacturing and assembly

Standard cabinets and drawers

TIP-ON BLUMOTION can be implemented with standard cabinets and fronts. No modifications are needed.

Simple, tool-free assembly

The TIP-ON BLUMOTION unit can be assembled without tools, as can all other components.

Same drilling positions

For TIP-ON BLUMOTION, you can use the same drilling positions that you would normally use for LEGRABOX.

Precise front gap alignment

Use the adjustment template to adjust the front gap to 2.5 mm. It’s precise and easy.

The synchronisation feature enlarges the trigger range and improves the TIP-ON BLUMOTION function. Two synchronisation options are available for different internal cabinet widths. Both can be mounted without tools.

Internal width starting from ≥ 294 mm

TIP-ON BLUMOTION units for internal cabinet widths of 294 mm or more are synchronised with synchronisation adapters and a synchronisation linkage.

Tool-free assembly

The symmetrical synchronisation linkage is clipped onto the TIP-ON BLUMOTION unit without tools.

Internal cabinet widths of 245 to 293 mm

One-piece synchronisation is used instead of a synchronisation linkage and adapters for smaller internal cabinet widths.

This video provides information about assembly of the individual TIP-ON BLUMOTION product components. Depth adjustment is also explained in clear terms using front gap theory.

This image trailer introduces the TIP-ON BLUMOTION motion technology. It demonstrates the following topics: handle-less, small front gap, quality of motion and fascinating technology.
