At interzum 2021, Blum will showcase its range of services for not only trade professionals, but this time also hardware distributors and OEM.


Blum is set to exhibit its extensive range of services at its Blum CONNECTS digital tradeshow platform at interzum 2021. While the focus at interzum has previously been on trade customers, the fittings manufacturer is also showcasing a range of services for hardware distributors and industrial furniture manufacturers this year. The aim here is to develop services that facilitate everyday tasks and improve efficiency from the customer's perspective. Blum is also offering its customers services that can help them to provide added value for their own target groups. As a system provider, Blum provides a coordinated package of products and services.

Support on several levels
In a holistic sense, Blum understands the term "services" to mean anything that facilitates the work of its customers and is set to showcase a broad range of support options at interzum. Included in this offering from the long-established company are digital services – Blum E-SERVICES such as Cabinet and Product Configurators – and its CAD/CAM Data Service in addition to personal customer support provided by Blum experts. Blum also supports its customers with logistical services such as ECO-Pack reusable packaging and order management. Assembly devices – from easy-to-use templates and EASYSTICK, right through to MERIVOPRESS – are also part of the overall range of service products provided by the fittings specialist. In its marketing activities, Blum supports its customers with communication services such as the Marketing Media Library.

Blum offers constant support throughout the customer's process chain. Which processes are used and which services are appropriate depends on whether the customer is a furniture manufacturer, cabinet maker or hardware distributor.
