Active duty to provide information pursuant to Article 33 of the REACH Regulation
In accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, a supplier is required to proactively inform its professional customers if a substance listed on the Candidate List is contained in an article at a concentration exceeding 0.1% by weight.
The Candidate List is regularly updated by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency).
The current list of affected products can be found here. It refers to the current version of the Candidate List.
